Alex, regarding my ref ticket and total fine..
To get your car reffed, it will be $39.00. MAKE SURE YOU AREN'T THROWING A CEL AT ALL.. Clearing the negative battery won't help either..
The ticket can vary, but it could only be $10.00 fix-it, or it could be more, mine was $10.00
