I think it is true, I just got a ticket for tint and exhaust. Main reason for getting pulled over was for exhaust then the cop saw the tint and gave me a ticket for that too.

 

they used to be able to pull everyone over for practically anything (i.e tint, no visible front lic. plate, loud music or muffler). People started complaining for getting pulled over for minor details. It is also causes minor traffic infraction whenever car(s) get pulled over. so, they passed this new DMV law (unwritten law-i think). CHP or Police can ONLY pull you over if you are breaking the traffic law or if they have a warrant for your arrest or your car is subject for an impound (repo).

That's what I'm getting. tC & xB are gone in early '09. My MR payments will only be about $150 a month if all goes as planned.

Visually, the Evo is more appealing to me, we're not talking about power here. & to be quite honest, I could afford the IS-F if I really wanted to. in 2009, my Evo will be paid for; in cash. There's no point in this argument to take place. Anyone want to further discuss this, take it to my PM or whoever elses. Internet quarrels are pretty ridiculous, not something I want to be a part of.

Dont be bitter that your car can only beat an EVO in one category 30-127mph!!!!
People say turbo tC can take an EVO. Very few can other than in that range. Just because a tC can win from a roll, doesnt mean its faster or quicker, put it in ANY other situation and the EVO will win all day. (minus a handful of tCs out there)
