Whats up, I love scion and the spirit of Halloween and when I heard there would be a scion night at Knotts Berry Farm on 10/23/08 I was excited. Too bad when I got there I was turned away from the free promotion. I was there at 5:58pm and missed out due to the ending time of the promotional free admission plus 3 guest at 6pm. (Two freaken minutes) I risked traffic tickets, near misses and an army shower to try to make it to the place since I got out of work at 5pm and live 50 min. away (los angeles highway time). Lets get the word out and try to let working people have a chance one day I mean we love free promotions! Lets start line ups at like 6pm. I dont know I know there are admission limits, traffic coordination and all but come on.

2000+ other cars didn't seem to have a problem. I was there by 11am. We all knew about this 3+ months in advance. I don't see how you not getting the day off of work is Scion's fault.

 

exactly. doors opened at 2pm for the free tickets and its for the first 2,000. if you're not early, that is not scion's fault at all. a bunch of people i know skipped work to make the event.

 

there is no reason on why to make this thread beause you know that when people hear free, they are gonna take the day off and be there as early as they can to get in for free. don't think that your the only one who got turned back because they ran out of tickets and yet people still paid for their park admission to have a blast with everyone else.
