do ppl need to be in the car in order for us to get the tickets or can it be just the driver?

 

i'm almost certain that they will only give tickets to people who are in the car. so if youre the only one, you get one ticket.

exactly and once you leave the parking lot with your car then there is no return for your car but you will already have the ticket to the park but have to go pay somewhere else for parking. hopefully you understand......
