i got a ticket bout 2 years ago.

ticket for 80+ on the freeway

cost me about 100 bux or so. $100-150.

i didnt have to go to court. i jus paid the ticket. i did take a class though. so its not on my insurance.

p.s.
its easier to take an online class.
the online class i took, u can keep takin the test until u past. they dont mark u down for failing. so u really dont have to "study" for it.

Yes we (insurance) will. I run countless mvrs' all day. if you have more than 1 pt on your record, depending on how long you have been driving, it will go up.

i am the one who got the ticket... let's just say that my mother is ____ed and is wishing i was never born right now. i am on hold right now, but my mom says that because i am a minor that she and I have to appear in court and that i dont have the same rules as "adults" do. do you know if this is right? i cant afford this right now, this is too stressful

I just got a ticket, going 63 in a 40....apparently my car wants to fly! I got the ticket in the mail, and as long as it is her first ticket, as it was mine, all she has to do is go to traffic school, her insurance will not find out. It will cost more though if you go to traffic school. My ticket costed $250. Sucks, but better than my monthly insurance bill going up, huh? Hope that helped! Tell her I will see her in traffic school!!

as a truck driver i can tell u that tickets are not about right or wrong or protecting people they are about money. what ever happens u will pay. the cop wants his quota, the judge wants the money, what happens to your record they really don't care. thats why they invented traffic school. your best bet is to read the back of the ticket it will tell you what to do or call the clerk and ask them if you have any other options. my 2 cents

i am sorry i forgot cops dont have quotas, they have goals and objectives now.

welcome to the system.

aint that the truth. I hate driving through Oregon. Got yanked off the road by the trooper for going 85 passed Grants Pass couple years back. They hate CA drivers.
