Default LED swap i KCMO and License plate question?

I would like to get some help also with my LED swaps if any one knows how to.

Also, how are the license plates attached to the front bumper? i just bought a tC from a different state and it doesnt have a front license plate. Should i just have it done at a dealership?

About the license plate: if you look at your front bumper you should see two spots that look kinda like dents, that's where you screw the screws into for your license plate.

dont put holes in the bumper!

make a DIY bracket for like $5! By some stuff from lowes and hook it on your bottom grill.
