15-20 runs??? WHEN??? i was there only once.. and my friend goest there pretty much and hes keep telling me they have like 100-200 cars there.. dont tell me u could get 15 cars because i would go crazy:D

if that so we could just go there together.. 10-15 tc... and have fun...

 

yup... everytime we go we get about 10+ runs eaaaaaaaaaaaaasy... u have to go on the right day..the right time.. hehehe i know all those days and times..lol

so if we can get 50 cars or more.. then we could have a scion only drag event.. if not... they we should get together and go there when Peter want to go :D

I'm in as long as it falls on a day that I can make it. I would be coming from North of Orlando.

The only request that I make is, just do an F/I class and a N/A class. No reason so split the S/C's and Turbo's.... who do the nitrous guys run with?

 

im sorry but i disagree bads33d. im not tryna cause any ruckus but my club and i travel to NEW JERSEY from richmond VA which is usually 7-9 hours just to participate in their Shows/track days. SCION VIP and Urban Racer paid to rent out the 1/8th mile track which sucks major monkey peen but its VERY competitive cuz the high power cars are on just as much of a disadvantage as the lower power cars with traction issues the way they are. its not even a full 1/4 mile but 100s of scions still come. and its ALOT of fun. in fact Scion Noics of VA are planning on holding our OWN Drag AND AutoCross AND Show sumtime soon in 08 if all the talks continue to go well as they have. Scion is TOTALLY willing to drop the green on it. they have a "money is no object" attitude about it. since this is where their money is SUPPOSE to go. holding events and sponsoring things to get their name out. its not as far-fetched as u may think

CSOCSO, bring up the idea to your Scion District or Regional manager if you are affiliated with a officially recognized club such as Scion Evolution or NRG or scikotics etc. if u cant find a Rep go to your dealership and talk with ur Scion Champion and ask what ur Rep's name and info is. Scion IS ALWAYS looking for ideas to put their name out there and on MANY MANY more than one occasion they have dropped MAJOR funds to support a customer's event plan. AMHIK. you COULD turn this into a show. like saturday the show, sunday the racing or do them both on the same day. THAT will get more heads in the place. btw, if its not alll the way down at the bottom of the panhandle maybe us Scion Noics will make the long ___ trip lol. we've done it b4. but only if u MAKE IT GOOD! long trips are hard on the booty and making a long trip to beat on your car is downright scary sumtimes. but...it wouldnt be the first time... GOOD LUCK! and if u need any help or have questions im very willing to help.

and 15-20 runs? thats crazy! i WISH we could get that many. the domestics BREAK too much to really crack 10 runs on a good night and we got TWO Major 1/4 tracks here in Richmond. usually i get 5-9 for 17 or 15 bux depending on the track. BTW you might wanna incorporate bracket racing. its ALOT of fun.

thats what i want to do.. i want to see if i can make this event.. then i want to do another one in summer and maybe an autocross event.. which is a bigger "gulp" ...but autox would be even more better and fun.

im gonna talk to hollywood scion maybe they would sponsor us.. but we will see.

i need to email this info to every scion car club in Florida

the only thing is: i need to see if this has potential... we got 18 cars already.. not bad!!!!
