personally, the cube looks cheap...and by cheap I mean a piece of crap. Nothing on it flows at all, the lines remind me of the old tiburons when they actually tried to make that car LOOK like what it's japanese name means (shark).

The Soul, well it looks like a little mini-CRV or mini-Passport...which to me, looks like a really nice mini-SUV.

I am still a scion guy and like the xB, but there really isn't a 'box' out there. .

Everybody likes the box. Throwing the ford Flex in that makes 3 copies. For the price of a Flex, you can buy 2 boxes.

The Flex looks like an interesting vehicle -- kind of a reincarnation of the station-wagons of yesteryear. I haven't looked closely but for families with a pile of stuff to haul with them, it could be a very respectible choice! I'm interested to see how it does on the market ! (My family's two first cars in the US were station-wagons, remember AMC? -- both were Ramblers, very good machines!)

Most on this site probably don't.

If they were, they'd probably still be a car company.
Just kidding man, my parents had a '68 and a '70 Olds Vista Cruiser... think "That 70's Show."
Oldsmobile is gone now too, O' the good ole days. :D

The last got me laughing :D!

Those station wagons (one at a time!) hauled my family all over the place, together with a big heavy canvas tent, propane stove, and piles of other things including cots, clothes, folding chairs, etc! Both were very reliable, though my elder brother seemed proficient at smashing them after getting his license ! The final workhorse was a VW bus (basically a stationwagon) and I had many enjoyable hours behind its wheel! The station wagon is a great concept and occurs as way more practical to me than the SUV -- which seems mostly marketing in my mind.

Personally, I consider SUV not only an incorrect description of the xB2, but also insulting. The xB2 is a mini-wagon in my mind, the Flex appears as though it may be a full sized wagon, that's something I can respect !

call me crazy but I really like that cube. If that' interior is anything worth tooting about and transmission anything close to resembling a Nissan then I may just have to find a way to get me a cube. I've always hated Nissan but lately they've been putting out some cars w/ soul. No pun intended.

According to my policy with state farm the xb2 is considered a wagon (probably why my insurance premium is much less over a tc).

I always wanted a 1969 AMC AMX, sadly I never was able to get one.

Oh, man -- I'm just so hopelessly dated !
Yes, the AMX was AMC's entry into the muscle car arena. Aargh! '69 was when I graduated high school and the hottest car at school was a Camaro owned by a American-Chinese girl given it by her Chinese Laundry owning dad! I felt she was a spoiled brat (went on to marry the high school football quarterback), but the car was definitely nice !

Those were the days, but they'll clearly never return. Air pollution standards (though necessary) made the excesses of those days (not to mention the cost of gasoline) purely history ! But those were the days of Detroit muscle, and they really were special, rear wheel drive and all !

OMG -- Ford Falcon? That was the first car I ever owned (1960) - given me by my elder brother when my parents gave him a Plymouth Valiant ('64, which later came to me)! I spent Boku hours making that sky blue Falcon as nice as I could, and immediately after I started driving it to school, one of the main journal bearings lost it's grip ! A friend of my dad's tried shimming the bearing, but it didn't hold so much as a day -- the car was dead !
