Also, what three door Fit model are you referring to? I thought the only counterpart to the Fit Hatch was the Fit Aria sedan...

Reliability shouldn't be an issue for the Fit.
1) Design is around 5 years old. There really shouldn't be much "first year" bugs to work out.
2) The FITs that the US are getting will be made in Japan, which is good for fit/finish and reliability.
