I have his kit and feel 100% good about it being there........it is well made and properly made..........it is isolated from your stock wiring by the relay.......so it cannot interfere with it or cause problems.......if the relay should ever fail.........it willfail inthe off position so no damage ther either.......I also have an 08 and have had the kit in for 6 months now with not one problem........

this is true the mobile HID kit is very solid and will not ruin your stock harness as it only uses it to control the relay. The wiring to the balasts have a seperate power and ground.

The only issue you will have is that you will have a good amount of light above your cutoff (light exiting through the squirellspotter) To fix this read up on this thread and through the links provided to properly fix it...

cutoff is basically where the light cuts off. if you look at some hid projectors, and their light shining agsinst a wall, you'll see a straight light between dark and light. that's the cutoff. we have a little rectangle above that line, where some light shines through. doesn't really bother me, but yeah, there's a couple of fixes listed in this thread.

the install is easy too! The hardest part is finding a good location to mount them. So once you do that you are set!

you really don't know what velcro is??? It isn't used in lighting really, it is used in clothing (like you have a zip up jacket and there is a part that goes over the zip up part, one side has plastic prongs and the other has a bunch of cloth) and other various things.... help? lol....
