50 W HID's in '08 projectors
but in my defense, i'm actually putting these in my camry hybrid, which has a low cut off line.... so it really won't blind anyone besides pedestrians....

I think if you use the 50W setup in projector housings, there will be less of a chance of you blinding other poeple on the road beacause the light is "projected" to excactly where you need it.

Oh and I have seen plenty of 35 watt projection HIDs and they are more than bright enough, in my opinion. A 50 watt HID is probably better suited to an auxilliary light kit (like fog lights). That way, if there is a problem with the setup, you can still get home on your headlights only.
can someone pls explain what a 50w hid is? how is adding more power to an ignited gas going to generate more light? i want answers. i understand higher watt halogen bulbs but i dont understand higher watt hids.
