I've tried the ECM and Battery reset procedure. Windows react correctly, but when closing sunroof and holding for 2 - 3 seconds after close, it makes no additional movements or noise. When I hit around 55 or 60 sunroof starts to whistle.

It's even worse when air recirc is turned off.

It's been raining and it doesn't leak, so I know it's not a huge gap.

Im open to thoughts!!

Well I fixed it.

Found on another forum that even after doing the window/sunroof reset, it still may not memorize its new close position.

So you have to get in, turn key to full power (not just accessory) and while the sunroof is closed (don't open/close it) hold the sunroof switch for 10 to 15 seconds. Mine kicked in at 10, it just sucked the glass in a bit more. Voila!!
