I was planning on buying the lip kit soon and i considered trd sparks but i'm kinda cool with a guy that works at a toyota dealership near me and i was going to ask him if he could order the kit for me and i would pay him on the side...i just wanna know if there are any dealers or technicians on here that know how much scion pays for the lip kit because he gets a discount from that price...basically i wanna know how much to give him thanks

yea.. they pay alot less than what you pay for it...

but even then.. your own buddy won't be able to discount you all the way to that much... well.. he shouldn't be able to...

i think dealers buy around 40% of MSRP

i hope its that much cuz i know that he gets a 20 or 25 % discount on w/e toyota pays...

40 to 45 % is the going rate . I get mine at cost . Everything I have looked at is in that range . Bottom line : ALOT cheaper than what they charge ! OUCH
