Default help fixing my bumper

okay long story short, i hit something on the interstate and it hit directly on the lower grille. the grille isn't dented but its hanging lower on the right side if u are standing in front of it. i lifted the car up and saw that the hole that is holding the zip tie to the grille is torn. the actually hole on the bumper is torn basically and what i tried to do is duct tape it and poke a hole through the duct tape then zip tie it but it didn't hold for very long, so now i was thinking of doing something else to fix it, i don't wanna get a new bumper cuz that would cost way to much. any suggestions to fix the tear????

i wont be able to post pics until tomorrow cuz my camera sux and i dont have an extra jack, but basically what i need to know are suggestions for molding the tear on the underneath portion of the bumper, the portion that isn't visible by just looking at the car, the portion the you can only see if you are underneath the car.

i think i understand, but actually seeing the problem would be very helpful in proposing a solution.

you can get a clear shot in one of the pics of the hole with the tear, that is on the right side if your looking at it from the front, then on the left side you can see that the zip tie is almost torn from the bumper

If all you need is a loop to put the zip tie into try super glueing a washer to the remaining half of the hole. It should do the trick...

Are you going to have the bumper painted if you can have it fixed?
