Default HID confusion...

I really want HIDs for my car, preferably 8000K (dont flame because i dont want 6000K). what i need to know is what the difference is between a $180 kit and a $70 kit. I know a lot of times you get what you pay for but how much different can an HID kit be from the next

Honestly, it depends on the service that backs it up. Cliff from MobileHID.com is great with all his customers plus his heavy duty ballasts are rubber injected for ultra durability. I've seen many HID kits from Ebay break within weeks to months due to faulty wiring, relays, bad ballasts etc and theirs no customer service to go to...Thats why I don't mind paying extra. I highly recommend Cliff and http://www.mobilehid.com/scionlife. His kits are super strong and super bright.

yeah cliff is great. if by chance there is a problem he'll walk you through the steps to fix them. if all else fails he'll send you new ones...

I got the Operatic kit and it's just as good as the others, and I think the pricing is better. Customer service is great, and overnight shipping is definitely a plus.

MobileHID from cliff. Best buy I've ever made, hands down. You would definltely NOT regret it.

I had that dilemma too, but ppl recommended mobile, and i went for it. I would now recommend it to anyone. If you go other kits, make sure u get a relay (if it doesn't come with it).
