Default HID problem I need YOUR help !!Please

Ok I got my 8k 9006 headlights from Oznium and I love em but.. awhile ago the drivers side started actin funny ( not turnin on ) so they sent me a replacement ballast that did the trick. and they worked for about 2 months..

Now, the new problem the drivers side HID wont turn on. I had them send me a new ballast.. both set of lights work because I tested both .. and its not a wiring issue b/c my old silverstars still work just fine.. so could they have sent me a bad ballast ???? or what could it be.. please help I need my lights back.

how did you mount it? it could be a wiring problem from the ballast to your bulbs... silverstars only goes through the stock socket... instead of going through ballasts and then ballast to the bulb.. let them know whats going on.. pictures are the best

I do have them mounted they are screwed in .. mounting isnt the problem..the only thing I can think of is a ballast issue cause everything else is working fine..
