Default HID Problem, need some advice.

Alrighty guys, im having a bit of a problem. I have a set of HID's from MobileHID. At the time when i bought it ( 2008 ), they were one of the best out?

Anyways the problem i've been having for a quite a while is that once a night, at least, one of the lights will go off. What i mean is that sometimes when i try to turn them on, the left one sometimes wont turn on until i turn them off then back on again. OR sometimes when i am driving either the left or right will go off, usually the left. So what i did was email clifford and he sent me another set of ballast. I swapped them out and im still have the same problem. This has been an ongoing problem for the past year and half... I did notice for a while now, that when my car is either sitting still or on the move, i did notice the light studdering? idk how to explain that its like its shaking or dimming uncontrollably.

Anybody know what could be the problem? im running 8k with the relay harness. Im thinking maybe its the bulbs? or the relay? or maybe i just need to replace the whole kit? I haven't tried putting in my old OEM bulbs to see if the problems occur maybe thats something i should try?

any input would be greatly appreciated .

test the bulb on the other ballast to confirm if it's the bulb.

connections may be poor as well.

I think if the light stays on at times, it might not be the bulbs. I'd say there's a connection problem somewhere. I'd check the connection to where the wire harness goes into your stock harness. Make sure that's tight and secure. Then check to make sure you're still ground property, and check the connection from the wire harness to your battery.
