question, I was actually looking into buying a pair of these ANZO tails, but i wanted to know something.. does it come with a ballast hooked up to it? if so why? I mean i figure it would need a ballast to convert the power and all, but wouldn't straight LEDs with resistors do the trick as well? please let me know whats its for.
