anyone have any idea on how i would go about maybe tinting my fogs to look like these:

 

I think those are done with a vacuum chamber. Some metal is ionized in the vacuum with whatever item you want to coat. Similar to the way they make mylar balloons, with celephane in a vacuum and ionizing aluminum.
