I typed "IS300 and lights and install" into "Search" and got these (using the ands "ands" limits the search):
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=43341
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=91120
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=62518

The first two are IS300 fogs and the third is IS300 headlights, since you weren't specific.
Hope they help.
Also, I'm moving this thread to the tC Aero & Exterior forum.

The second thread is a "start to finish" install of the fogs between comments (I still don't know if you mean fogs or headlights.) Just read all of the posts and you'll get how to do it (if you mean fogs).

its going to be hard to just put the fogs in there, and expect them to stay. i defnetally suggest fiberglassing them in from behind. after cutting the bumper out enuff for them to fit, i realized there is no realy way to hold them in there. after i fiberglassed them, i didnt like the gaps around the lights, so i used bondo-glass to fill it in, then bondo ontop of that to make it smooth, primer it and go some where to have it painted.
