Hello there...I just bought my scion tc and I'm looking for upgrade my headlights to HIDs or anything is ultra white and bright but I just found out on my low beam lights...there are 2 light bulbs..the below one is smaller than other one...are they still running 12v 51w? can anyone tells me the difference on the 2 light bulbs on the low beam?

 

the small light bulb is a 194.. it's your parking light.. it's 5W.
