Problem is, the next police officer you encounter will have his *own* interpretation of the vehicle code! Unless you can get Cop #1 to ride along with you all the time it's better to walk the conventional path.

o ya I completely agree with that. Thats why i wouldnt want to deal with the hassle. i was just stating what I was told. Just not worth it to me
