The only thing Id be concerned about the Kaminari or any vented hood is possible water spots on my header.

I love that hood, If I had a tc I would be on it. The water thing water gets in the bay every time it rains> why would it matter>

that acutally looks good but rain will still get into the engine bay. those with CAI or SRI will have a problem if water is being shot around under the hood.

i do like this hood. whoever gets it. let us know how it is and how water reacts under the hood

I guess I was looking at a plastic intake manifold and not a coated header heat shield. Difference duly noted - how cool..

I said it'd be the worse for hydrolock. Some people had concerns for a reverse cowl but a scoop would be worse though it'd still be ok. The only thing is that the vacuum could suck water during rain though who knows.
Thanks for the corrections.
No prob.

here are some pictures took me 1 hour and a half to install it by myself. also the rain wont get threw the vent because of the raingraud protecting it. and i spray my hose on the hood to see it myself.

I like it.. but lets talk about that body kit... I want it.. I don't know how else to put it other then "I need it."

That hood looks sick... Like just about every mod, either your doing it for you're self or you're being a tool... Rice is like the racing term for the person being jealous or so lame that they can't even use their own judgement to form an opinion.

I'd pay 350 for it. But, like I said to each their own..

Spray, you said there is a Rain Guard?

if the car is just sitting outside and it starts raining would it get in there? i mean it looks like it would just go right in. could u get some good shots of the rain guard or how it might deter water?

this is a big role on if i buy one..
thanks alot
