Default New to HIDs

Ok so I've been thinking about getting some white HID's on my headlights and jdm yellow on my fogs. Is it bad to put HID's on projectors first of all? And second of all, is it bad to put it on fogs?

sorry if this was posted on another thread. I did some research and didn't really find anything. Thanks

Nope you'll be fine with HIDs in your projectors. Just get some yellow bulbs, HID is overkill in the fogs.

be careful what type of bulb you get and make sure you don't get a high wattage bulb or you'll melt the harness. HID fogs aren't overkill. i had no problem with them in my xB. just make sure your low beam bulbs are near 4300K for the "factory look" HID. and so you can see in bad weather.

Nice look nexus. What wattage are the headlight HID's? i think they're a little too blue for my liking. Might just be the picture quality though

most are 35w, some come in 55w. get 5-6k HIDs and you'll be good. dont go any higher or your loose intensity.

There 35W 8000k, they look a bit whiter in person since projectors dont show off that much blue. Go with 5000k's I wanna switch my bulbs to 5000k.
