if it doesnt match up perfectly to the bezel, dont force it. That's how i broke rings. The rings themselves are shaped slightly wider than the bezel you're siliconing to.

 

in all honesty if its your first time, good luck, and get ur paypal ready keep Jlevi handy cuz you'll almost 90% break a ring,.... maybe 2.... and check out all the tips that Neothin and WDS gave me over the last few pages. makes teh install a lot more bearable :D like the plasti-dip thats a life saver.

hey jlevi i wanted to ask u if i buy the demon eyes kit on ebay from this guy and he says its an unopened box, do i still get warrantied for it? its one hell of a price and would love a warranty for it

I was looking on your site, you sell pre-made projector lights w/demon eyes. And you can even add on HID lights? So they come plug and play ready? Sorry to get off subject. Probably should've PM'd you. :D

alrighty guys i just bought the kit, so can i please have all kinds of tips so that i would not break it on my first try?

like that! could you explain what those are all for? like i kno the plasti dip is to secure the inverter from water going in, but what are the others for? please lots of tips! i dont want to break a ring!

 

heat shrink to protect all connections, epoxy to hold rings down, heat shrink (i put twice cus i doubled up to be extea safe) and i soldered all connections

 

and plasti dip for the ballasts!

 

sweet so im gonna buy all that stuff soon at home depot to get ready all in all it shouldnt take more than 4 hours?

oh yea 1 more thing..

TAKE YOUR TIME!!! these rings are VERY VERY VERY fragile. i would even say go out and buy a replacement large ring and small ring before u start just incase.

 

jlswevi told me its 25$ to replace a ring, lol im gonna try and do it right the first time, oh and also where do i wire it onto? because i dont want it on the parking lights since i have a blue led there, i dont want them on at same time, i have an aftermarket radio, where should i set it onto?

 

is there n e thing i can dip the glass in to make it stronger? lol i kno im asking alot of questions but im excited for it lol and i saw the plasti dip in home depot, but didnt kno which to buy, the spray or the dip???
