Default Pilot HIDs Problem

Has anyone experienced a bulb cracking or breaking in half? Recently my girl's 6000k Pilot HID bulb broke out of no where. I took the bulb out of the headlights and it was broken in half. We had the kit for maybe 20 or more thousand miles. Pilot HID does not have a contact number...pretty sad, but they have an email that said they would respond in 24 hours. I emailed them twice and got no response. I quite disappointed since I am running three Pilot HID kits on all three Scions.

I recently read the mobilHID thread and it seems like they are having many issues with there ballast so I guess im not purchasing anything from them.

dont know about pilot situation but mobilehid stop selling kits. I think they were getting in trouble since they are illegal so they switched to selling heavy dudy ballasts for farm equipment and other industrial equipment. Now I think they just stopped all together.

yea well the pilot hids have been running perfect for the last 2 years. No idea why the bulb decided to break. I have not touched it since forever.

http://www.pilothid.com/

is that it?

have you tried that number. more than likely you are going to have to buy new bulbs unless they have a life time warranty.
