Hi, i need some help with this because i got my in today and i made the attempt to install it but came across some problems.
The tow bolt that i got was too small to fit in the actual tow hook.
i was wondering if anyone out there has an 08 tc with this kit on?

 

oh hmm...dont know what to tell you but i just got my ptuning bracket a couple weeks ago. Just havent had the time to install it.

 

I have one and it fits just go slow and I think you are not lined up...try it again if not I can send a pic of mine installed

 

^i hope you didnt order the XB2 relocation kit because it was cheaper, lol, cuz it wont fit!

 

I'd like to see pictures of it. It's hard to justify $75 for one of these, but if it looks good and not goofy off to the left...Im down...post em up!!

 

yeah can i get a picture please? it'd be nice to look at what it looks like, plus i lined it up with the real tow hook and the one that came with the car is thicker than the one ptuning sent me.
after i see pics i will verify that i got the wrong kit. thx

yeah it sounds like the xb2 kit bro. have you tried messaging/calling ptuning?

 

yea buddy i just looked at the thread where you said you ordered, that is for the xb2 not the tc. You got the wrong one, so msg them or call them.
