Spyder Halo/LEDs - LOW beams not working

2008 tC - After installing new Spyder headlights, all lights (DRL, blinkers, high beams) work, however the low beams don’t.
Fuses and relay looked good. Replaced both bulbs, also replaced headlight dimmer switch on steering column to no avail.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I'm having the exact same problem with the exact same brand aftermarket housings my low beams aren't working but everything else is did you find out what the problem was?
