Just paint it the color of your car. It's not illegal to not have a TBL.

Actually in VA it is illegal to not have a TBL

VA is a mini-Cali. I would never live there. I lived in MD for 14 years and that was too close for comfort. It think thats the only state where it is illegal to not have one functioning. Cars older than 86 don't even have them anyhow.

I am not a huge fan of VA either, 2-3 tint tickets will do that. Local cops are cool with tint, but state cops absolutely hate it.
