Hi,

Something happened recently where when I close the trunk, the latch does not fully engage and is only partially clasped.

Before this recent change, I was very pleased with closure of the gate/hatch

Now, with the car locks in "unlocked" and when pulling the gate/hatch open, I find that there is a mechanical drag/interference of the latching mechanism. The gate/hatch being drawing closed has also disappeared.

The result is that the gate/hatch rattles in this partially latched condition when I am driving, and it is driving me "crazy".

What is the fix? Has this happened to anyone?
