i'm in pa and have had blue up front for about a year.. it went through inspection w/o ne problems and cops don't bother when they see the amber on the mirrors.. but thats around my area don't know bout other places.. i picked mine up at pepboys for like 5 bucks... just take 1 of ur stock bulbs out and take it in to the store with you and just match it up i can't really think of the #for the bulb size...

i bought mine from there i got the PIAA Xtreme Whites. They are pretty bright.

I'm no pro... but if your not comfortable or familiar with electrical stuff like that I wouldn't DIY... besides, he gets paid to do that stuff.

wiring them is not the hard part, hardest part is mounting them so they stay straight and so they wont fall down.

The bulb you need for the front turn signal (in the headlight assembly) is a 7440.
