Unhappy Wind shield wippers wont work

sooo i just drove my car again for the first time since winter and i noticed my windshield wippers wont work, but when i do the washer fluid they work then but when i try to spin the dial to mist or low, high, etc. it wont work. so i havent checked the fuses but could it be a fuse problem? just thought it was odd one would work and not the other.

might just be the fuse that's blown.. sounds weird cause i never heard this before.. check the fuse and let us know the outcome.
