yet another retrofit headlight question...
ok.. i dont think you guys are gonna like this question.. but ill ask anyways..
soo.. i dont really use my highbeam all that much; which seems to be a waste. SO the question is.. if i were to retrofit my low beams, could i throw a projector in the high beam area and rewire it so that the high beam light turns on with teh low beam...?
i would def. aim the highbeam down a bit so i dont cause car accidents on hte opposite of the high way.. but.. lemme know..
i serarched a little.. but got nothing..

Probably one of the best, most professional retrofits. and yes it is possible to run dual projectors.

yeh he doesn't show you the aiming stages though.
Most people follow the horizontal lines on the reflector because in most cases, the reflector lines are parallel to the ground. When you know that, aiming them is easy.
How to:
- You can see the shield through the lense. So when you bolt the projector into the reflector, you align the reflector lines with the shield.
-Another way to do it is parking the car in front of the wall, lit up your halogens and mark the cutoff. Once you do that, upon mounting the projectors onto the reflector, you fire the projectors already mounted into the headlights and align the cutoff with what was previously marked on the wall. Use JB weld and you're done.
