2005 Scion tC Clutch Sticking to the floor..
I have a 2005 Scion tC, it has 205k miles on it. My boyfriend had the car before I bought it from him, and he had the clutch replaced maybe a year before I met him so I would say the clutch was replaced 3 years ago give or take. While I was on vacation, my boyfriend and our neighbor (he is a retired certified mechanic) replaced my struts, and when I got home I had two new front tires put on. Yesterday when I pressed my clutch to change gears when I was slowing down, my clutch did not come back up, it stuck halfway between the floorboard and where it should have been. Today when I was headed back to work from the office and I pressed it to slow down for a red light, it just stayed on the floorboard. Now I can reach down and touch it and it will pop back up and it will work fine again until I get ready to slow down again. Could something have happened when they were changing out my struts last week that would have caused this? It was working just fine before I left.

Unlikely that changing the struts had any effect on it unless they extremely botched that install. My first thought would be to look into the clutch cable/line and see if its split or leaking. Also check the brake fluid to see if it is low as the slave cylinder for the clutch should pull off the brake fluid reservoir.
It was done today. Master Cylinder and Slave Cylinder have both been replace, as well as fluid replaced and bled and it is still losing pressure and sticking. Clutch is hydraulic, there is no clutch cable/line.
