Question Battery Malfunction!! Help

I had a bad battery so I Replaced it. Just got a new one today..installed it and my car started idileling funny my first thought was that the ECU had to reset itself and it would fix itself after a drive....i was rite. Now the problem is that my sunroof doesnt open or close! Also I cant control the passenger window from my side at all! Only the person in the passenger seat can control it...i dont know what to do! It seems the auto-up and down on the window isnt working either I check fuses but they are good please HELP!!

try rolling the window down half way and roll the window up all the way and hold it for 5 seconds and see if that works for you.

the sunroof can be fixed the same way.

If you read the manual it will tell you that whenever you disconnect the battery you have to reset some things.

With the windows roll them all the way down then all the way up by holding the button and that will reset them. Do the same with the sunroof hold it till it's all the way open then all the way closed. I believe that there are other things that have to be reset as well but can't remember.
