If you have an underdrive crank pulley, you would need a different belt. Personally I would contact OBX and see what they recommend. If they're selling the parts and not giving the recommended part info, that's just stupid.

If you want to go by the NST set, they list a couple different belts on their site (based on model year). I'd go by that if you can't get anything out of OBX.

Obx list the belt size for the crank pulley alone or the overdrive pulley set but not the set as a whole. I have emailed them and currently awaiting response. I just thought maybe someone might have known so I would be able to compare answers to what obx says. Thanks

do the math dude... seriously.

how does each individual pulley affect the belt length?

we are going to take the length differences of each and subtract them from the original belt length.

some variables that will help you: (i think this might only be true for 05-06 models)

OEM belt: 76.3"

Supercharged w/TRD pulley: 91.5"
Supercharged w/NST 9.5: 89.6"

No A/C: 63.6"

looked up on ebay:

underdrive crank pulley 74.7" 05-06, 73.9" 07-08

couldnt find belt sizes for your alternator/water pump kit, maybe the differences cancel each other out? is one bigger than stock and one smaller?

take string.
wrap around all pulleys in correct order.
measure string.
go to autzone.
buy belt.

I would say make sure when you wrap the string around the pulleys to pull tight and to pull as tight when measuring. The correct size would be best to not cause extra stress. I could be wrong though. I don't do much pulley work.

i had to do this for my wire tuck.
the belt im running now actually has 2 less ribs than stock, but it was the only one on the right length.

Non-supercharged applications tend to not give much issue with variances in length calculating errors. Two less ribs won't kill ya if you aren't F/I. Might slip and reduce belt life if you are F/I.
