Default bumper rattle

Hi, I have a tsudo fireball exhaust(ya i know, its temp), but when i installed it myself it sounded just fine, wen i received it it came without any screws or mounting hardware so i had to get some my self, it sound rite and felt tight, i had gone to school for a couple of months and the mother was driving it, when i got back it seems that when the engine is idle and still in park the bumper would rattle, sounds like the exhaust vibrates the bumper, is it just loose, should i try to get the company to send me the hardware or should i just tighten the bolts or something, please be nice lol

i would just tighten bolts...they are under heavy vibrations aand can be rattled loose.....the only hardware that doesnt rattle loose in exhaust is the manifold...it infact gets tighter
