Been reading up on this thread, but haven't seen much about the Skunk2 exhaust for this car? I've been looking at buying it, but can't find out too much on here about it.

Any pointers?

I just looked it up Docta and that thing sounds nasty, a lot more aggresive than you'll find with an axleback. I say get it.

That's what I was thinking too man.

I was surprised that no one had mentioned anything about it in this entire thread for how nice it looks, and it's a true catback. Sounds nice too, for those of you interested:

There are some related ones you may find better.

I'm looking to buy this within two weeks, so I'll inform you guys when I do.
Hopefully post a video of some sort and all.

Yeah same goes for me, I'm hopefully getting it installed in the next week or so at the latest, getting an injen CAI to go along with it too.

That's what I have on so far, and just the CAI alone sounds amazing. I was considering putting that Invidia downpipe on, but I'm worried about the fact that it removes one of your cats. Would I like, pass e-Check?

first cat is on the header, the second cat is on the midpipe.. the invidia downpipe or "spipe" is in between those so if you replace that you still have both your cats if you still have your stock midpipe

Hey guys, ran into a snag with the skunk2, apparently they don't make it for an 08 tC, even though I thought they did. How about a Tanabe concept G? Or maybe even a magnaflow catback?

Magnaflow.

That was my first choice, until I saw the Skunk Exhaust.

who said they dont make it for an 08? all the years are the same, nothing was changed with the exhaust.

i have the tanabe and i think it is the on of the best sounding axleback exhuast out there for the tc

The guy where I'm getting my car done at, i'll talk to him tomorrow about it but we'll see what happens, if not I think the magnaflow will be fine.
