I have been getting a CEL, I have had it scanned 2 times and every time there is no code or any thing. I've done some reserch and couldn't find anyone with this problem. Is this a common problem? Has anyone else had this problem? This is very confusing because everytime I reset it it comes on a couple of days later with no code. Please help!

who scanned it for you? how long does it stay on for? if you check the history of stored codes you might find something so take it somewhere where they have a scantool that can check the history and pending codes.

 

It stays on and doesn't go off. There are no history codes that is whats kinda crazy. I don't know what it is.

 

Take it to a dealer. I have personally seen this befor, a reflashing the ECM solved the problem.
Also, how long has it been doing it since the SC was installed?

 

The dealer was my next step. It started about 6 months after the SC was installed.
