Default ecu reset time?

i recently installed new headers.
My idle has become a little rough....so i disconnected my battery.
HOw long should you disconnect your batt? Its been2 hours now since i disconnected it. I want to overnight it.
Is this a problem or should you just disconnect and connect it?

Two hours is more than enough time. Usually all it takes is 5 to 10 minutes.
