Default CEL turns on and off few times!? *SYSTEM TOO LEAN

i've recently posted a thread about cleaning the MAF sensor and i thought it solved the problem for the P0171 code (which it did for 2 months) but since yesterday my CEL light came on again. But the strange thing is when the CEL light came on, a few hours later it turns back off. As of today the CEL came back on and i went to the nearest autozone for a free diagTEST and the code show as P0171 after i left the shop 10 min. later i came to a stop light and the CEL light turned off again!!!!

another odd thing is both days the CEL light comes on when i am idling/at a stop. and when the CEL turns off the car again was at idle position...

anyone had similar problems or whats the issue with this?

can your daily driving make the car think its running too lean? i mean i do stick to low rpms 1-3k all the time for the gas crisis and when i engine break, at second gear i slow all the way through near 800-1.2krpm, just close enough before the car chokes and stop (on neutral).

help me out!

I noticed you have an aftermarket intake. Check for leaks as this happened to me. I have an Injen and managed to crack a hole in it. Same code was thrown periodically. I would start there. Hope that helps.
