Ok so i've been comptemplating swapping out my trd exhaust for a dezod n/a exhaust for awhile now but no matter how I search I can't seem to find some info I was curious about. Anyway here goes.

I havea a MMW header/s-pipe combo and was wondering if the n/a exhaust is raspy WITHOUT a resonator welded in? Anyone know how loud/obnoxious/turbo'd weedwhackerish it is minus a resonator?

Also how is the cabin noise? My exhaust right now is about as loud as i can stand it in the cabin and didn't want to get something that was going to be a lot louder..I dno't drive at WOT a lot or anything mainly just cruising to and from work.

I asked Dezod about the differences between the turbo and NA version. They said the turbo version definately sounded sportier, other reviews said it was as quiet as the stock muffler at idle... hope that helps, they have videos there as well.

 

aftermarket header plus aftermarket exhaust equals LOUD!!! if you want your exhaust to be quiet, look into either precision muffler or custom exhaust.

also, the turboback exhaust is larger overal diameter, i think it is 2.5 inches, and the na is smaller then that.

 

I remembered hearing about it not having much of a droning issue either. I am ordering my turbo exhaust as soon as my CFO (girlfriend) approves (doesnt kill me)

 

I have the Dezod turbo exhaust + 2.5" highflow cat + aero ar25 resonator welded on right after the spipe but before the dezod resonator

I have absolutely no rasp at all ... It sounds amazing .... Its not too loud under normal driving but i find myself reving it up to 4,500 rpms a lot more now just so I can hear it ... I love the sound!!!!!!!!
