Default grinding

Well this has to be bad....i just bought my 05 tc w. 19,000 miles and i had it for a few days. so here is what happens when i come to a stop i push the clutch down a and hold it to put the car in to first and then it grinds......sometimes it doesnt want to go into reverse...i think it might be the syncros but i have no clue about manual trans..on how they work i can rebiuild an auto but not a manual

Certain things are not covered under warranty, ie tires, brakes, clutches, you can't say if it'll be covered or not, not until you know the exact problem.

reverse happens - if you cant put the car into reverse then put it into first gear ...then try putting it into reverse.
