Default grinding when shift to 3rd hard everytime!!!

ok so its been going on for like 2 weeks now, but everytime i throw it to 3rd gear, it grinds. this only happens when i do it kinda fast or hard, it wont happen if i do it slow.
what do you guys think the problem is, and how much would it cost... is it hard to fix?

no, i will hold the clutch all the way in, sit there and pass the shifter from 2nd to third to forth, to third, and everytime i go from anygear to third, never even releasing the clutch, it will grind everytime... when i do it fast or hard that is

yeah, someone else had a similar problem, except his would grind whenever he shifted into 3rd. here's the thread.

you should be still under warranty, so if the dealership decides the syncro is bad, they'll replace your transmission at no cost to you.
by the way, mine grinds when i try to shift into 3rd at high rpms, but i just take that to mean that i'm driving the car too hard.
