Default Have questions!! New engine, newer clutch from my old engine.

Ok so i need to bounce some questions off, a couple months back i replaced my clutch( had a toyota dealer do it.) they never resurfaced the flywheel because they said it was still good. After getting the car back it drove great, about a month later i blew up the engine, Long story short i bought a newer one with low miles, the engine came off a automatic car, so we swapped the parts over, and ever since i feel like the clutch hasnt been the same, and every once in a while i swear i feel it slip. Now also every once in a while upon starting the car i also hear a weird noise (when engine is cold) i cant describe the noise but i know its not the turbo or engine, I believe its something to do with the clutch. BTW the clutch i bought is the ACT clutch with the street disc and high pressure plate. so supposedly good for 400 whp. My feeling is that the flywheel is out of whack bc its from the old engine which may be wore in the same as that engine and now that i have a new engine its not quite meshing well?!?! or is it the street tuning i had done with my car, really beat the crap out of my new clutch. PS: i had broken the clutch in before tuning. Idk lemme know some ideas, as its a huge PITA to take apart a daily driven car and trouble shoot... just to maybe have to take it apart again..
Thanks in advanced
