Default Header's, Video & Sounds

Hey guys, i know theres a exhaust topic with sounds and video, why not get one with header's, I know theres a couple out there that would like to hear and see how these headers sound, How about it, Post sound clips and videos of headers with whatever mods you have.

so far.. header + exhaust = rasp.

we're all waiting (cash in hand) for a full exhaust that doesn't sound like a GSXR600

Wasn't there one header that worked well and sounded good? I remember hearing that on the exhaust video thread. I'll look it up.

I think it was a DC Sports header with an HKS axleback exhaust. But who wants an axleback? I'm looking for a "full" exhaust that sounds good with Alphawerk's header.

Yeah. It was the HKS exhaust with the DC header. Too bad it's an axle-back.

i am building a full exhaust.

alphawerks header, s-pipe, 2.5" custom exhaust from there on out. i'll post up what it sounds like when its in there.

i have the feeling it'll blow these axle'backs out of the water

Hopefully. That'd be a pretty cool claim to say that you made an exhaust better than the "big guys".

i do IT work for a race shop that does BMW's in SCCA and wins their class pretty much all the time.... i talked to my buddy that is their mechanic and he said he can do the entire exhaust for $200 including the s-pipe.. LOL

and i'm confident in my parts choices that it'll sound better and give just as good performance as a full bolt on kit. can't wait!

the rasp the AW headers lighten up after a while.

i have teh AW headers ONLY and the rasp was high but now you can barely hear it. especially if you have an intake, the loud intake will cover up teh sound. i've took a few vid clips and i cant hear my headers in any of them

AIM me if you want to hear them:
