Here is my input.

When I had a Injen CAI, D/C Headers, Greddy Evo 2, ZPI Pulley.

I noticed a very slight gain.

With I/H/E on a friends car he only got 13hp and 9tq on his car added. This was dyno proven 3 good pulls.

You Won't get a better 0-60 foot with i/H/E, b/c of the way the powerband is with those mods.

On STock Scion Tires, its all about how you drive. I ran 15.5 in my STOCK 06 tC 3 months after having it. With a 2.1 60foot.

It's all about the clutch release and gas pedal

My best with I/H/E and Pulley was a 14.9 with BFG DR's that were badly worn.

Your BIG Mistake, was spending the money on those parts and then wanting to go turbo.

Cause if you think about it this is what sucks.

I/H/E Puelley = ranges from 600-900 on what you buy.

When you buy a turbo lets say... you chose the greddy kit!

Greddy kit is 2700+Fuel parts say 600 more.

Thats 3300. Plus gauges around 200$ more, Plus, Tuning which is.....around 400$ Then it would be wise to get th ePnP Harness for the E-manage...which is 300$.

Alot of things factor in when getting a turbo.

You could of just saved 600-900$ if you would of waited!

But in the end, Ive seen amazing 60's in stock tc's and bad ones.

Hell I have a turbo and my best 60' was a 2.1. <Stock tires.

I/H/E/P on a TC will get you into 14's.

a turbo is much better than a s/c. atleast to me it is, its alot easier to change boost levels on the fly.
