I/H/E doesn't want to start cold...

I/H/E doesn't want to start cold...
After my intake/header/exhaust my car doesn't want to start the first try cold. It also wants to lag down and die. Any ideas???
I have the Secret Weapon intake, a DC Sports header and a custom 2.5" Exhaust from the small bottom CAT back.

Yeah, the sensor is fine. We thought that MAYBE it could be unmetered air, but I remounted the intake to make sure and also remounted the DC Sport header with the copper seal stuff and so I really don't know what's up. Maybe not enough backpressure and running lean?
