Default Ingalls "stiffy" ETD trouble

So I installed the ETD this afternoon, everything is installed correctly. I have this rubbing/vibrating sound that is beyond loud inside the car, that i cannot get rid of. I have tried everything. I added rubber washers, switched around the order of bolts/nuts and such, added dynamat between the bracket and frame of car.. I was able to dampen the sound slightly, but it is still obnoxious, and don't want to drive with it. I have looked at both threads related to the install and noises of this ETD, but nothing has worked.

As of right now, my order of install goes:

bolt
bracket
rubber washer
metal washer
O-ring
Damper
Nut

BUT i still have this noise. It sounds like a mix between vibrating and rubbing, but nothing is touching the brackets or dampers that shouldn't be. The black hose is zip tied out of the way, I'm clueless.

SOMEONE HELP.

it's what it does. if you don't like it, uninstall it.

otherwise, get used to it.

there's only so much dampening you can do to reduce it, but it's not gonna go completely away.

now if it's like metal rattling against each other.. you might wanna look over the install again.

Mine sounded like that too... for the whole 2 hours I used it. Sold it and bought motor mounts. Best idea ever.

Also make sure that you did the proper preperation with the ETD, there was this odd break in/orientation process that I saw, I'll try to think where I saw it. Don't think it will take away all the noise but it might help, who knows.

No the motor doesn't have to come out lol. You have to take the battery out for one of them and lower the subframe for the rear one. The front one is stupid easy. I'll admit, if you don't have the right tools, they are a PITA but if you have a proper shop, they really are not that big a deal.
