Default Injen CAI problem

My friend has an 07 tc and he bought and Injen cold air. The sensor doesnt fit and we thought maybe they sent they wrong year. I heard that the injen CAI doesnt fit 07's but he got it from the killertc.com and it says NOW FOR 07. Has anyone with an 07 bought and CAI for them? iv sent an email of his situation and they havent replied back and we havent gotten a chance to call either. Just been busy, but I thought maybe i can get some thoughts or advice on this, or some common sense info i might have missed. Really appreciate any help.

The MAF sensor is different from 05-06 to 07-08... so it's possible they may have sent the wrong one. I don't know if there's a visual difference or not to know for sure... but you'll probably just have to check with them and find out for sure.

Was there anything marked on the package that should indicate? Maybe a model number or item number or something?

I got mine from them, there is a drop down box on their page for it and you need to make sure you selected the 07 model year since they have 4 choices. atleast they did when I bought mine. If they sent you the wrong one then they should refund it full or ship the right one. If he/she made a mistake during the order you can call them, they make only do a partial refund for restocking fees, i dunno.
